Landon is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Impact Healthcare Solutions. He is a dynamic healthcare executive with experience in hospital administration, sales, compliance, cybersecurity, medical practice management, and clinical services. He excels at working with hospitals and medical practices in financial turnarounds with specific emphasis on personnel development, business culture, compliance, and the revenue cycle, and he regularly speaks on the subjects at regional and national conferences and association meetings. Landon served as CEO of Reeves Memorial Medical Center and Interim CEO of LTP Medical Mobile, Inc. Before joining Impact Healthcare Solutions, he worked as a sales executive for Clinical Pathology Laboratories and as a clinician in Cardiovascular Services for a large acute care hospital.

Landon earned his Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and completed the Conflict Resolution Theory and Practice Certificate with extensive training in mediation, arbitration, negotiation, and dispute resolution. He also earned a Master of Legal Studies in Health Law from the College of Law at the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Louisiana Tech University. Landon earned graduate certificates in Strategic Management from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and Healthcare Organization Operations from Rutgers University. Landon holds five compliance and cybersecurity certifications from four different associations and is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, the Medical Group Management Association, the American Health Law Association, the Health Care Compliance Association, the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics, and the American Academy of Professional Coders. Landon is also a member of the Healthcare Business Management Association. He has served as the Association's Compliance and Ethics Committee Chair, the Accreditation Committee Chair, a member of the Board of Directors, and is the Association’s 2023 President.

In 2010, Landon was elected to serve as the Secretary and Treasurer of the Louisiana Hospital Association Northeast District. In 2011, Landon became a founding member of the Louisiana Rural Hospital Task Force. Landon was elected in 2010 to the Board of Directors of the Ruston/Lincoln Chamber of Commerce, served as Secretary and Treasurer in 2013, and was elected to serve as the Board Chairman in 2014. From 2009-2010, Landon served as the Founding Executive Director of Overture Youth Advocacy Through the Arts, a non-profit organization based in Dallas, TX, that promotes and supports art and musical activities across the United States. After serving on the organization's Advisory Board for the next year, Landon assumed the role of Treasurer and CFO in 2011. From 2014-2015, Landon served as the President of the Board of Directors of Beacon Performing Arts Association of Dallas, TX. Landon was elected in 2019 as Treasurer of the Ruston Youth Advocacy in the Arts.
